COVID-19 Guidelines

PLEASE READ THeSE IMPORTANT PROTOCOLS

We will be closely following the guidelines from the Maryland State Governor, Montgomery County, as well as the Center for Disease Control (CDC).We will notify everyone ASAP should we need to cancel in response to
changes in regulations.


Should anyone in the JaMily (student, parent, etc.) be affected by COVID-19, please let us know immediately so we can prepare accordingly. If a JYP student is affected by COVID-19 within 14 days of a JYP rehearsal, we will ask them to not attend rehearsal for that month. We will work with that student’s family to determine next steps, tuition, etc. IF YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED ANY SYMPTOMS We will require a negative test before anyone returns to JYP. 

We ask that all JaMily members respect
the need for honest communication. 
we will deal with any information shared with great care.

Drop OFF
 

Parents will drop off and pick up their children outside the front door.

Please line up on the spots marked on the sidewalk to maintain a safe distance.

UPON ENTRY, A TOUCHLESS TEMPERATURE CHECK AND HAND SANITIZATION WILL OCCUR FOR EACH STUDENT. 


PICK UP

Parents will pick up their children in the same way, lining up on the sidewalk on the marked spots.

Students will be sent out to their parents through the front door.

The Lobby and kitchen are closed.

DOORS WILL BE LOCKED DURING CLASS TIME.

ONLY STUDENTS & JYP STAFF WILL BE
 IN THE BUILDING.

IF YOU ARRIVE LATE, NEED TO PICK UP
YOUR CHILD OR THERE IS AN EMERGENCY,

WE DO NOT HAVE A JYP PHONE NUMBER BUT
WE HAVE THE JYP EMAIL LINKED TO OUR PHONES
AND WILL RECEIVE YOUR MESSAGE.

"Mask BREAKS" and WATER Breaks will happen throughout the day. WE RESPECT SOME STUDENTS MAY NEED MORE FREQUENT BREAKS AND WILL HONOR THAT. WE ASK STUDENTS AND PARENTS TO BE IN COMMUNICATION WITH US SO WE CAN BEST TO ADAPT TO YOUR NEEDS WHILE BEING IN COMPLIANCE WITH STATE AND CDC REQUIREMENTS.
